SCENEçRY

Earth is such a wonderful place, where we humans live and create a living. But as time goes by this wonderful place is now becoming  dangerous. Disasters such as
earthquake, flashflood, and landslide occurs which affect every living and nonliving things in this world. But who causes it? Who makes our earth and life miserable and worst?. Isn't us?!.

As one of the person living in earth, I can say that this such things are happening because we are lacking some values, which is discipline. Discipline to ourselves and to others.

So we must all be aware of the effects of our own doings. The effect of it to our mother Earth and to ourselves. Because without the earth, we are nothing. Earth is our only home so we must protect and love it.

Environmental awareness means being aware of the natural environment and making choices that benefit the earth, rather than hurting it.

If we do the right thing, there will be a higher chance for us to see and enjoy beautiful sceneries, wonderful creations and better environment that creates a better way of living.

Consolidating peace

The world celebrates the 74th anniversary of United Nations last October with a theme "Indigenous Languages Matter for sustainable Development, Peace building and Reconciliation"

United Nations is the most powerful international organization in the world. The goal of this is to prevent war in the present and for the future generations and to maintain peace and security. This is
usually celebrated in schools and it is celebrated by contests such as UN quiz. By this, students can be aware or their knowledge about this can be tested and they can also be educated.

The United Nations has made many achievements. These achievements encourage people to promote and praise United Nations. Without the UN, the world would be a bigger place full of confusion and hatred.

"Peace comes from being able to contribute the best that we have, and all that we are, toward creating a world that supports everyone".

Never give up!

Now that the third quarter is coming, I can say that this second quarter is a very memorable yet exhausting quarter and the reasons are;

First, it was harder compared to the previous quarter, the projects are not that easy to finish within an allotted time.
Second, there are bunch of activities and performances to make so it was hard for us to manage our time and we don't know what to do first.
Lastly, it was challenging.

I must say that this quarter is difficult but this is a way for us to be a better students because in the higher level of education, I know that it will be more challenging and exhausting so I will train myself to face this challenges with full courage.

Moving on, I will do again my very best for the next quarter and for the succeeding quarters and try not to give up.

teacher.mother.friend.

Teachers act as our second parents in school, they guide, teach and love us just like how our real parents do. They sacrifice their time to teach us and give their service to us with all their heart. A teacher is a friend, philosopher, and guide who holds our hand, opens our mind, and touches our heart. The contribution of a teacher cannot be ignored at all.

So, in order for us to give back to them the service they gave and still giving to us, we must celebrate the day of our teachers, the teacher's day. This is celebrated during the month of October, this is to honor and recognize our teacher's effort and sacrifice. This is for us to show our love and gratitude to them. And a day to recognize the contributions of teachers.

We can make our teachers happy by simply respecting them. It's just a simple way but it means a lot, because if you respect your teacher, meaning you appreciate them, their efforts, and everything.
And they get to know how much they are liked and appreciated by the students.

As time goes by it is hard to forget the teachers that made a difference in our life, because even though we're getting older, the learning that they taught to us will still remain in our heart.

Stay active!

Every students or individuals has their own talents in different categories. Some are good in arts, music and sports. This talents were being improved by sharing or showing it. That is why celebrating intramurals is very important.

Intramural aims not only to give chances to students for them to show their talents in sports but also to promotes a healthy lifestyle for students by providing a variety of athletic activities in which all persons can participate regardless of their degree of athletic ability. Also, to promote camaraderie among students, instructors, parents and administration. In other words, sports bring strong bonds within the community.

Badminton, volleyball, and table tennis are often the sports game that are being played or joined by students during intrams.

This is a great opportunity for us to have some fun and to try the new sport that we always wanted to learn. This activities will be properly executed by being active and by having the courage to try something.

Physical education encourages students to have holistic and active lifestyles and practice the arts of winning, losing, and teamwork. In other words, participating in physical education provides invaluable life skills

Keep learning

In school, we will learn a lot of knowledge or learning and some of it will remain in our mind or even in our hearts. Today's grade 10 experience during the first quarter I can say that every subject has their own qualities, some are difficult, and some are slightly easy. But the whole first quarter, for me it is challenging and hard. Especially the first periodical test, it was really hard and stressful but by this, I learned that if you really want to pass and get high grades, work on it, that is why for the next quarter, I will review very well so that it would be a little bit easy because I'm prepared unlike last quarter. I can say that I learn from my mistakes. And some of my talents and skills were improved by the activities for the first quarter and it is a big help for me because some of my weaknesses has been developed.

This first quarter, I encountered some problems, like lack of sleep and there is a point that I really want to give up but still, my determination remains on top. I realized that after these challenge, there will be a good effect because these weakness will be also my power that I'll be using to succeed.

Now that second quarter has come, I expect to learn more. I will continue to discover new things and I will do my best for me not just to know something but to apply it in life.

So this attitude of us must be changed and forget because our lives depends on how we control it. If you're ready, you'll be safe but when you don't have any preparations, expect now the unexpected.

Drill, Believe, Survive

Earthquake drill is a practice that were performed by a group of people like students, in preparation for an earthquake. By this, we will become enlighten by the right things that we should do before, during and after an earthquake.

The national Simultaneous Earthquake Drill is a great program of the government (NDRRMC), this program will train all the participants on how they will survive when an earthquake strikes, this will lead to a lesser damage on life of everyone. It also aims to intensify local community’s earthquake preparedness and increase the commitment of local government units in building safe communities.

This program is very important to each and every one of us because this is a big help to us especially to those who are not that aware on earthquake preparedness. So we must participate in this kind of practice for our own good, without this program, if ever an earthquake occurs I think we will all be panicked and do not know what to do, so before it is too late to discover that the parts of your plans may not work, we must now be aware about this practice.

An excellent way to practice how to survive an earthquake is to participate in this great program, the National Simultaneous Earthquake drill. The importance of disaster preparedness and resiliency is the key across a safer operation.

Letter to PRRD

Dear Mr. President,

First, I would like to congratulate you for being elected as President in our country, Philippines. Being a leader is not easy, that’s why I really admire your courage, because even though you came from a city as a mayor before, you tried your best to be on top and now, your handling a very big responsibility as leader and father of all.

You became President because many people in our country has trust in you that’s why they gave their vote to you. They were hoping that you will bring our country on top, and as what I observed on your almost 3 years in service you didn’t disappoint us. I really love your dialogue “change is coming”, you proved that you cannot only say that, but you can make that happen. You change our country and we can see the evidence. I have a lot of positive comments towards you but there’s only one thing that I used to hate, it is the bad words that comes out on your mouth especially when you are referring to the criminals, yes they have sins but still their humans. I just want to tell you to please refrain speaking or talking such word because as a role model you must be careful all the time and be better on what they only think.

I hope that you continue your good service in our country, thank you very much for leading us in a very good way and making our country even more better than before. May god bless you and give you more strength so that you can do your job better or even best.

A day to cherish

On the 12th day of June 1898, one of the most significant day in Philippine history happens. This time we Filipinos became free from the control of other foreign country. No more slaves, no more unacceptable leading, and most of all no more life will end intentionally.

Because of this memorable day that happens, we Filipinos have a tradition to celebrate this day every year not only because we achieved justice or freedom but also to honor our heroes that have the courage to fought with the foreign rulers and even sacrifice their lives, only to achieve our freedom that they held from us. Like Andress Bonifacio who uses all of his strength and full courage to fought foreign ruler, and Dr. Jose Rizal, who uses his talents in writing novels where he expressed his feeling or emotion towards their wrong leading.
This time, we now celebrate the 121st Independence day, it’s been more than a century since we became free from the hands of foreign rulers. Until now, were still celebrating this day because we will never stop to honor our heroes who gave us the chance to live normal and to have what we’re having right now, which is our freedom.

Celebrating Independence day every year in our country is very important to each one of us because it shows respect, appreciation and recognition for our dear savior, Our national heroes.

About myself

Simple person with indescribable personality, kind to good but more evil to evils.
Music makes my day complete, makes me cry, smile and inspire. I’m not a singer or song writer but I love listening to those, especially Kpop. I can’t understand it on my own but what’s the use of subtitle or translator?
